They’ve managed to establish a pretty good reputation for their products and customer service, so we wanted to take a deep dive into this company and give them a proper in-depth review. Who are LVWell CBD (formerly Live Well CBD)?
That’s a good question – as with companies like OK CBD, Live Well CBD are another CBD company who don’t provide a huge amount of information about the company. We checked the ‘About’ page of their website and found little information about who is behind the brand. Although they don’t provide any names, they do mention that the company was founded in London in 2018, and started life as ‘Vape Jam’. They’ve now settled on the name Live Well CBD, and have built themselves a solid brand.
What are the reviews like of LVWell CBD?
Live Well CBD are using Trustpilot to collect reviews, which is our preferred platform to use. They currently have a 5 star rating from 76 reviews, a pretty solid rating. The reviews mention that the company are very helpful, even reachable on the phone which is rare for a CBD company. The reviews also mention that the products are high quality.
What does Reddit think of LVWell CBD?
We found one thread that mentioned Live Well CBD on Reddit, and it was a thread about CBD oil scams in the UK. Luckily the thread wasn’t about how the company themselves were scamming, it was actually a recommendation for the company. The comment also mentioned a discount code for Live Well CBD products, another aspect of the business that we appreciate.
What are the LVWell CBD products like?
For a relatively small company, Live Well CBD actually have quite an extensive product range – they’ve got everything from the usuals like CBD oils and vape oils, to the more unusual like bath bombs and muscle balms.
The strongest CBD oil we could find on their site was 800mg, which actually isn’t very strong at all. Also another nitpick of ours is that the Live Well CBD product imagery really isn’t that great and doesn’t give you a good look at the products at all.
In Conclusion
The reviews are great for Live Well CBD, and they obviously do a really great job with their customer service (even taking phone calls). However, we’d love some stronger CBD oils, and some better product imagery so we can take a better look at what we’re buying.
