When we find interesting CBD products or brands, we always want to share them with our audience. So when we stumbled across the Kiskanu website, we knew that we'd have to publish an article about their great offering. We'll be taking a close look at the brand and their products, let's get into it:

Who is Kiskanu?

We like to start with an overview of the brands we feature as we know readers like to know about the story behind the brand. Luckily there is a great 'About' section on the Kiskanu website that explains the story.

The brand was founded by Gretchen and Jason, a couple based in Northern Humboldt. With a combined experience of more than 20 years within the cannabis industry, this duo brings a lot of knowledge and passion to their business. It is clear that Gretchen and Jason have developed a deep passion for cannabis and the benefits it can provide, and want to share this passion with as many people as possible.

It is also clear that the duo has a keen interest in spirituality and the Earth - their brand is named after the Kiskanu Tree, the branches of which were used in ritual sprinklings. The brand is also based on the land of the Wiyot Nation, and the duo has committed themselves to respecting the history of the land.

Overall we're really impressed with this 'About' section and recommend you explore it for yourself.

What are the Kiskanu products like?

We should start by mentioning that Kiskanu has a CBD website and a cannabis website - we'll be focusing on the CBD products of course, but you should definitely check out their cannabis website if you're looking for pre-rolls and flower. Kiskanu stock quite a few CBD products that we really like the look of, so we'll be focusing on a few in detail.

The first product that really caught our eye was the intimacy oil - containing 250mg of CBD, this oil is made from a mix of organic, cold-pressed oils including sunflower, coconut, and jojoba. We have reviewed a number of CBD lubricants over the years but this is the first we've found to make use of natural oils, which is really refreshing to see. If you're applying a product to sensitive parts of the body then you probably want it to be as natural as possible. The CBD within the oil helps to relax the body and stimulate blood flow.

Elsewhere in the range, we really like the look of the face oil. Again this contains 250mg of CBD and includes argan oil, made from the kernels that grow on the argan trees native to Morocco. This oil is known to contain anti-inflammatory properties and to be packed with antioxidants, ideal for the face.

Lastly, we wanted to give a mention to the CBD capsules - 25mg of CBD per capsule is a great dosage. Because they're broad-spectrum they contain a wide range of other beneficial cannabinoids and plant goodness (like terpenes), without the THC. They're liquid capsules too, making them great for absorption and really easy to get down.

We should also mention that all of the products are lab tested, an absolute must for us.

Overall we're really impressed with this range and recommend you explore it for yourself.
