Kin Slips (Our Honest Review)

Kin Slips are a cannabis-infused sublingual strip company based in the United States. Now, that might sound pretty niche…but actually we’ve already reviewed a company a bit like this before (Cannadips). What we like about Kin Slips though is that they’re thin discreet strips designed to fit comfortably beneath your tongue. We’ve seen nothing like these before, so we thought it would be a good idea to conduct a review of these guys. As always we’ll be taking a look at their products, customer service and reviews to see if they’re worth your time. Let’s get into the review:

The Kin Slips products look brilliant and unlike many CBD companies (Holland & Barrett / CBD Brothers) they have simply focused on being amazing with one… in saying that, if you’re here for a CBD oil, CBD concentrate / Vape, cosmetic, edible or capsules you’ll be missing out.

What are the Kin Slips products like?

We’ve spoken many times on this blog about the effectiveness of consuming CBD sublingually. It is hands-down the best way to ensure that CBD is effectively absorbed into your body. Typically we recommend a paste or an oil for this, but admittedly this can sometimes be a bit fiddly (we tend to do it in front of the mirror). It can also even be a bit uncomfortable – we’ve heard of people hanging off the side of their bed just to ensure the CBD oil stays under their tongue, yikes. Plus, you might feel a bit awkward trying to squeeze drops of oil under your tongue in public, and you’ll probably make a mess too. And lastly, you probably have no idea how much CBD your consuming when you use an oil or a paste; generally, you’re just shoving it in your mouth and hoping for the best.

So that’s where Kin Slips come in. These cannabis slips dissolve quickly under the tongue, straight through that thin membrane into the bloodstream. This means they’re fast-acting, similar to puffing on a CBD vape (another good way to get a quick hit of CBD, but obviously a bit more obnoxious).

Kin Slips do have THC slips, but we’ll be focusing on the CBD slips as we know that’s mostly what our audience are interested in. You have 2 options here – the Park Life slip and the Shut Eye slip. The Park Eye slip contains 10mg of CBD and 1MG of THC per slip. We know how the cannabinoids will work together to provide the user with a calming sensation without making you feel high, so that’s great. The slip is also packed with terpenes and other natural ingredients like turmeric and spinach, both of which are full of antioxidants.

The Shut Eye slip has no THC, 5mg of CBN and 5mg of CBD. This concentration of cannabinoids is designed to help you enjoy a blissful sleep without making you feel spaced out, plus you’ve got some mint and chamomile in there to help send you off to the land of nod.

Overall these are great products and we’re very impressed.
