JustBob is a CBD flower brand based in Milan. We first heard about this brand after seeing them being mentioned all over Reddit, so we decided to check them out and conduct a review. We also saw that they also had loads of very positive reviews across lots of other platforms so we knew there would be plenty to write about. As with all of our reviews we'll be looking at their products and customer service to see if they're worth your time. Let's get into it:
Who is JustBob?
There is a short 'About Us' section on the JustBob website that explains a little about the background of the brand, but doesn't mention any names of the team.
They do have a video showcasing the brand at a stall/ event. You can clearly see the packaging and style of the brand here. A lot of plastic with stickers but ok compared to some other flower suppliers we have encountered.
The JustBob team is based in the wonderful city of Milan in Italy. Despite their location, they're well known and very popular across Europe, particularly here in the UK.
We think it's great when brands from central Europe manage to provide great products to people here in the UK.
What are the JustBob CBD products like?
JustBob is best known for their CBD flower, and that is exactly what they put front and centre of their website. They've got a pretty impressive selection of CBD flower strains including some of our favourites like Gorilla Glue and Zkittles.
If you're buying CBD flower here in the UK then you have to ensure you're only buying it for display purposes. Sadly here in the UK we're still trying to make it legal and safe to buy flower like this, but we can see that JustBob are really popular in other parts of Europe and even in the USA. If you're based in those countries then definitely make sure to check out the JustBob website.
Justbob also has a range of other smokable cannabis products such as moonrocks and hash, alongside some CBD oils and tinctures. Usually, we review the oils but in this case, we think it is best to look at the flowers.
Annoyingly we couldn't get our hands on some because they no longer ship flower to the UK. We will need to rely on customer reviews for this post.
We will go into more detail below but based on customer reviews the products can be a mixed bag. There are many, many 5 star reviews about the company however, some 1 starts scattered throughout the feed. Most of them comment that the flower quality is poor. We think this may have to do with the product being sold, this is a hemp flower rather than a cannabis bud. The quality can vary and the buds do come more branchy than real cannabis buds.
What are the third-party reviews like for the JustBob CBD products?
JustBob collect reviews via Trustpilot, our preferred third-party review platform. Currently, they're sitting with an 'Excellent' rating of 4.3 out of 5 from over 3000 reviews, an excellent rating. Overall customers seem really happy with the quality of the products as well as the customer service provided by the team.
The negative reviews question the quality of the flowers, delivery and also customer service.
