InnoCan have raised almost $4 million US dollars to develop a COVID 19 treatment using CBD, according to the Jerusalem Post.
InnoCan operate in Canada and Israel, and trade on the Canadian Stock Exchange. Investors from Israel and Canada are funding the joint research that InnoCan are conducting alongside Tel Aviv University as they look to create a treatment for COVID-19 using CBD.
Researchers are interested in the anti-inflammatory properties of CBD for treating COVID-19, as well as the ability for the compound to repair cell damage.
