How to find the Best Kind of CBD Oil?

This question is asked a lot and is the bane of our existence as a fountain of CBD knowledge and understanding. So, for that reason, we will keep it short and sweet:

There is no specific ‘best CBD oil to take’ because it depends on a multitude of factors. To name a few: how your body reacts to certain oils, how your body reacts to CBD itself, what you are using it for, how much you need, your age (it is strongly advised that children do not take CBD oil containing THC), your tastes and how they are consumed.

In spite of this, we would always try a couple of different types of oils to see which is the most effective for you. As a rule of thumb, go for a 100% natural oil that is full-spectrum, and lab tested. If you can and start small, and work up in concentration then that would be best. Full-spectrum products contain a wide range of other cannabinoids and ingredients which work in tandem to regulate & enhance each other: this is called the entourage effect. Getting the best CBD oil for you is a case of trial and error. We have tried more than a few and have refined a list of our favourites

All CBD oils are different and contain different ingredients. Rather than looking at the brand, try to understand the ingredients, how they work together and what effects they have on your body. It is best to do your research into the science behind CBD to make sure that you get the best oil for you.
