Dorset Hemp (Our review)
Dorset Hemp is a CBD company based in the UK. We first heard about these guys when searching online for raw CBD oils. We saw that these guys had a popular range, so we thought it would be a good idea to conduct a review of them. We'll be taking a close look at their products, customer service and reviews to see if they're worth your time and money. Let's get into the review:
Who is Dorset Hemp?
We always like to start with an overview of any brand we're reviewing so we can give you an idea of who you're buying from. There is a great 'About' section on the Dorset Hemp website that provides some great background information about David, the founder of Dorset Hemp.
David got involved in CBD way back in 2017, after a series of stressful events led him to look for a natural treatment to help him deal with stress and anxiety. Having researched online extensively, David eventually stumbled across people talking about using CBD. As soon as he started using CBD consistently, David felt big improvements in his wellbeing.
We love this backstory and think it really makes a difference when someone behind the brand has a genuine passion for what they do.
What are the Dorset Hemp products like?
Let's get into the products - what we love about the Dorset Hemp product range is that the offering is very straightforward and streamlined. Instead of cramming their online store with every CBD product under the sun (CBD bath bombs anybody?), Dorset Hemp have focused their efforts on products that work. Let's start with the oils as those are what we'd most likely use daily.
Dorset Hemp has split their range of oils into raw and refined. As we mentioned in our intro, we're big fans of raw CBD oil and we always prefer to consume our oil as untouched as possible. So it's great to see that Dorset Hemp stock 3 different raw oils, with 250mg, 1000mg and 3000mg per bottle.
What we love about raw CBD oils is that they contain not just the CBD you'd expect to find, but also the often-overlooked plant goodness such as terpenes and other phytochemicals. It's great to see the lab reports clearly linked to on all of the product pages. These oils use hemp seed oil as a carrier so definitely have a strong, hempy taste - but we love that!
If you're looking for an oil without THC then Dorset Hemp stocks 2 different broad spectrum oils (500mg and 1500mg). We see most brands using MCT as the carrier oil for THC free oils so it's interesting to see Dorset Hemp using hemp seed oil, but actually this gives a sweeter taste that many will find palatable.
If oils aren't your thing then Dorset Hemp stock capsules as well as a few other interesting products, including Hemp Hearts. These are just a part of the hemp plant that you can sprinkle on your porridge for added goodness (we love them).
Overall this is a great product range and we recommend you check it out!
What are the Dorset Hemp third-party reviews like?
Dorset Hemp collect reviews and testimonials on their website, so you can read reviews from real customers. We also like to check their profiles on platforms like Google and Facebook. For example, we've included a screenshot of their Google profile, where you can see a perfect 5-star rating. Definitely explore the Dorset Hemp reviews to find out more about what customers think of the brand.
In Conclusion
Well everything seems to point to these guys being a great choice. We must admit that we hadn't heard of them until a week ago, but we're happy to share Dorset Hemp with our audience and give them a recommendation. Check them out!
