Tesco does sell CBD oil, but you can only buy CBD oil in-store from Tesco stores that have pharmacies. You won't find CBD oil on the shelves alongside bread and coffee. For example, Vitality CBD is stocked in 378 different Tesco pharmacy stores.
There is also another catch - it seems that for the moment, Tesco is only selling THC-free CBD oils (both isolate and broad spectrum) For most people, this might not be such an issue as many beginners prefer to consume THC-free CBD products to begin with, but for more experienced CBD oil users this might be a little disappointing.
Lastly, we should point out that you can also buy CBD oil from Tesco via their website if you prefer. This removes the need to search for a Tesco store that has a pharmacy.
What CBD oil brands can you buy from Tesco?
At the moment you can buy CBD oil from a number of different brands at Tesco, including Vitality CBD, Cannaray and Dragonfly. We've included a screenshot above from the Tesco website which shows the 1200mg Vitality CBD product page - as you can see, the product has no reviews yet so we're not sure how popular CBD oil is with Tesco customers so far.
Do we recommend that you buy CBD oil from Tesco?
There is absolutely no issue with buying CBD oil from Tesco - they've chosen a handful of really good CBD brands to stock, and Tesco is a trusted brand. However, if you're brand new to CBD then you might prefer to buy your first CBD oil from somewhere like Holland and Barrett because you'll get the chance to speak to someone who likely knows a bit about CBD. It's unlikely that anyone at Tesco will be able to help CBD oil beginners.

Now that Tesco has jumped on the CBD bandwagon, it is more convenient than ever to buy CBD oil. However, you can currently only find 3 brands to buy from - Vitality CBD, Cannaray, or Dragonfly - so we'll wait to see what other CBD oil brands Tesco decides to stock in the fututre.
