CBD Treatments at Cloud Twelve Spa
Whenever we see a health spa offering CBD treatments, we love to include a mention of it on our blog. Why? Because it's great to see spas and health centres embracing the power of this humble compound and offering it to their clients. This not only provides their clients with the benefits of CBD, it also contributes to making CBD more mainstream.
For example, when we heard about the CBD treatments at Ila Spa, we wrote a piece about it and they decided to include our piece on their website. Now people visit that article every month and decide to give the Ila Spa treatments a shot, all because we recommended it!
So when we heard about the CBD oil add on at Cloud Twelve (a wellness centre based in London), we knew that we should write a short post about it. We'll be explaining what is involved and why we think it's awesome. But first, a little about Cloud Twelve:
Who are Cloud Twelve?
We mentioned that these guys are a wellness centre based in London, but that description doesn't really do them justice. Based in the heart of Notting Hill, the Cloud Twelve building is beautifully designed, with an amazing interior. The centre extends over 3 floors, and has a variety of areas you can enjoy (including a salon, spa and even an interactive play and learn zone for families with children).
Impressive right? We thought we'd mention it just because we know that some of you will get a kick out of the other facilities available at the centre.
Now, on to the CBD. Cloud Twelve offer a CBD oil add on whereby you can receive a CBD massage from a specialist at their spa. The oil used is organic and lab tested. There are 2 options for the CBD oil massage - a 60 minute massage or a 90 minute massage. Each session consists of Swedish, Deep Tissue and Ayurvedic massage. What we love about this is that there is plenty of evidence to suggest that when applied topically, CBD can be very effectively absorbed by the skin. The massage element will further enhance the absorption of the oil. It's an excellent idea and something we're very happy to endorse.
