Who is Chil Wellness?
There is a great 'Our Story' section on the Chil Wellness that provides a bit of backstory behind how the brand came to be. As explained on the page, Kevin (the founder of the brand) was first introduced to CBD after his daughter was diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. As any parent would, Kevin began to look for natural, safe alternatives to the various powerful medicines his daughter had been prescribed. His research eventually led him to CBD, and once Kevin started including CBD within his daughter's routine, he quickly saw improvements.
This is a powerful story and explains also why Chil Wellness choose to donate a portion of their profits to the Arthritis Foundation.

What are Chil Wellness products like?
The Chil Wellness product range consists of a variety of topical CBD products, as welll as a few products intended for consumption. We're happy to see topical CBD products as there is plenty of evidence to suggest that when applied topically, CBD can be very effectively absorbed by the skin.
Let's start by looking at the consumable products offered by Chil Wellness. There are CBD drops, capsules and even drink mixes (more on those in a minute). The drops are flavoured with peppermint oil to make them more palatable, ideal for anyone who doesn't enjoy the hempy taste. This is a full spectrum CBD oil which means it contains a small but legal amount of the THC cannabinoid. We're big fans of full spectrum CBD products because they allow consumers to benefit from the "entourage effect" whereby the THC works in harmony alongside the rest of the plant goodness to provide you with a blissful sensation. As if we weren't impressed enough, Chil Welllness have even made sure that the lab reports are clearly indicated on the product page - awesome!
Now onto the topical products. Chil Welllness have balms, rollers and salves, all of which contain full spectrum CBD. The great thing about this range is that there is genuinely something for everyone - it's probably the most comprehensive topical CBD range we've ever seen. Many people tend to think of topical CBD products as mainly for sports purposes, but Chil Welllness have an interesting line of products that can be used for much more - de-stressing, getting to sleep and more.
What's really important and impressive is that even the topical products have lab reports and have been lab-tested. This is basically unheard of in our industry. Usually, it's hard enough just to get companies to provide lab reports for their oils!
Overall we're super impressed with this range and recommend you explore it yourself. Melatonin is awesome too.
What are the Chil Wellness reviews like?
Chil Wellness collect reviews for their products directly on the product pages, making it really useful to read reviews for specific products. For example, we can see that the Sport Muscle Recovery Balm is sitting with a perfect 5-star rating at the moment. Reviewers seem really happy with the quality of the product, as well as the price. It's also nice to see people leaving detailed reviews rather than one word comments. Definitely take a look at those.
This is my second time getting this balm and it works. It’s a great price for how much CBD is in it!
