CBD Jenny (Our Honest Review)

CBD Jenny is a CBD company based in Stirling, Scotland. We first heard about these guys after noticing that they followed us on Twitter! We reached out and were delighted to hear that the guys had used our guide to help get their CBD business started. They're now fully-fledged and they're flying, so we thought it would be a good idea to conduct a review of them. As with all of our reviews we'll be taking a look at:

Who is CBD Jenny?

There is a great 'Our Story' section on the CBD Jenny website that explains a bit more about the backstory behind the brand. CBD Jenny was founded by Jennifer and Anthony, who both stumbled across the benefits of CBD through different means. Jennifer had been on antidepressants for over a decade, and had decided enough was enough. She searched for a natural alternative and found CBD. After using the compound consistently for a while, Jennifer found that CBD provided a similar relief without the side effects that antidepressants can cause.

Anthony started using CBD to try and reduce his alcohol consumption. After noticing a difference, he became really interested in the compound and decided to join forces with Jennifer.

We love this backstory and think it's great to have 2 founders with a genuine passion for CBD.

What are the CBD Jenny products like?

CBD Jenny has a range of products which includes oils, capsules, body balm and a couple of other interesting products. Let's start with the oils as that is what we'd most likely use.

CBD Jenny have 2 full spectrum options and an isolate option. This is great to see - we're big fans of full-spectrum products because we think the small amount of THC present makes a big difference, but if you're someone who is tested regularly (either for work or otherwise) then an isolate oil is a great option. The oils are made from Swiss quality hemp that is totally pesticide-free. We're also really happy to see lab reports included on the product pages, that's a big tick in our book.

If you're not interested in oils then the capsules are another great choice. They're CBD with Vitamin D, a potent combination that we believe everyone should be supplementing with (especially in Stirling, not much sun up there!). These are made with CBD isolate, so nice and straightforward.

Lastly, we'll give a mention to the body balm. There is increasing evidence to suggest that CBD can be absorbed by the skin very effectively when applied topically, so this is a great option.

Jenny CBD have a Trustpilot profile and also collect reviews on their Facebook page, so there are a few places you can read what people think. The Trustpilot profile is pretty new but already has 3 5-star reviews on there. Overall the customers seem really happy with the products. It's also nice to see CBD Jenny staff replying to the reviews over on Facebook.
