Cannasa are a CBD drinks company based in the UK. We first heard about these guys after looking around for CBD drinks companies, and we found their website. We decided it would be a good idea to conduct a full review of them, so as always we’ll be looking at their products, customer service and reviews to see if they’re worth your time. Who are Cannasa?
Cannasa describe themselves as a premium botanical CBD drinks company. This certainly seems to fit the bill when you look at their site – it’s very nice looking and there has clearly been a bit of time spent on it. There is a nice ‘About Us’ section on the website which gives you some background information about the brand – Cannasa was founded by Matthew and Gregor, 2 sustainability consultants who saw a gap in the market for great tasting CBD/hemp products which could be consumed as an alternative to your usual CBD oils and pastes.
Being sustainability experts, it’ll be no surprise to learn that Cannasa take their environmental impact very seriously. On their ‘About Us’ page the company mention that they do thing such as responsibly sourcing ingredients for their products, using sustainable packaging and working with their partners to ensure sustainable business practices have been considered throughout their product supply chain and manufacturing. All of this makes a huge difference and we’d love to see more CBD companies taking these aspects of their business more seriously.
Overall it’s great to have this information and we wish more companies would provide it.
What are the Cannasa products like?
We’ve already mentioned that Cannasa describe themselves as premium, and that certainly holds up when you look at their product range. Everything looks great, It’s not an extensive product range by any means – Cannasa only offer 2 flavours of their botanical drink. But despite the limited selection, it’s clear that these guys have put a lot of time and effort into their products and that’s what makes them a great choice. These drinks are all natural (no artifical flavours, preservatives or sweeteners), plus they’re made in the UK and sweetened with British farmed beet sugar. Each bottle contains 2.5mg of CBD which isn’t a huge dose (comparable to the Love Hemp water). So if you’re looking to get your daily CBD fix you’d likely need to go with a product such as an oil or a paste.
